Adult Bungee Workshops with Vicki McManus

Next workshops:

4 July at Hangleton Community Centre, Harmsworth Cres, Hove, BN3 8BW, cost £10 each.

10am -11.30am (10 - 16 year olds)

11.30am-1pm (adults).

Don't hang around as places are limited to 8 persons per workshop and they tend to sell out fast! Participants need to have some aerial circus experience before attending the course.  We will be using floor based bungees with the fixing point attached to the back of the harness that allows you to 'slide' from hip to hip.  The workshop will only have 8 participants in order to ensure that everyone gets at least two turns on the equipment.  Vicki  is a trained dancer, actress and aerial performer, who has worked in all forms of circus theatre.  Participants will have one on one tuition where Vicki will help you to develop your own personal style on the bungees, encouraging you to extend your aerial vocabulary and work with music.
